Laszlo's Gourmet Smoked Fish

Want a quick snack that’s quick and easy?  Pst – don’t tell the kids, it’s good for them too!  Okay, sour cream might not be the best thing in the world to load up on, but it sure beats boring old potato chips for taste and nutritional value.

Easy Salmon Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup sour cream
2 cups Laszlo’s Gourmet Smoked Salmon, crumbled
Garlic salt to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients.  Chill before serving.  Serve with chips or crackers. To vary, substitute 8 oz softened cream cheese in place of sour cream.
